AI Content and Generation History

Your prompts and generated images are stored in your account for the generation history feature. You can manually delete them at any time. Important distinctions based on your subscription:

Free Users: You own the generated images for personal use. Generated images may be publicly displayed by the platform. Your prompts may be made public.
Basic & Pro Users: You own the generated images for personal, educational, and non-commercial use. Your content remains private by default.
Max Users: You own full commercial rights to the generated images. Your content remains private by default.

Your prompts are processed by Google's Imagen API to generate images. We do not use your prompts or images for AI training, and Google does not use API data for model training.

Payment Information

All payments are processed by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia), who acts as our Merchant of Record. Creem handles payment processing, billing, invoicing, and refunds. We do not store your full credit card details. Creem provides us with:

Transaction IDs and payment history
Subscription status and renewal dates
Tax and invoicing information

Your data is primarily stored in the United States through our service providers (Cloudflare R2, Supabase, Vercel). By using our service, you consent to this data transfer and storage.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption, secure connections (HTTPS), and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Data Retention

We retain different types of data for varying periods:

Account Information: While your account is active, plus 30 days after deletion (to allow recovery)
Generated Images & Prompts: Stored until you manually delete them through your account
Payment Records: 7 years after transaction date (required for tax compliance)
Usage Logs: Up to 2 years for service improvement and security
Support Communications: 3 years to maintain service history
